Terms of Service

1. Buying. By agreeing to purchase a Trailer listed for sale through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
a. you are willing to purchase the advertised trailer at the price and on any other terms specified in the listing; and
2. Renting. By agreeing to rent a Trailer through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
a. you are willing to rent the advertised trailer at the price and on any other terms specified in the listing;
b. upon reserving a trailer, you will pay Trailers.com a deposit fee as specified in the listing;
c. you will promptly communicate with the Owner to negotiate and execute a rental agreement on the terms specified in the listing and/or other terms agreed to by the parties and not inconsistent with the Member Rental Contract as defined in the Trailers.com Service Agreement;
d. You will not use the trailer for commercial use without carrying the minimum commercial liability insurance as required by law. For the purposes of this Agreement, “commercial use” means “engaging in the transportation of goods for compensation or for a fee”
e. You will pick up and return the trailer according to the terms of the listing and/or pursuant to the rental agreement between you and the Owner
f. You will not present or otherwise use false information to rent the trailer; and
g. That Trailers.com does not verify any information you give to the Owner, including but not limited to Registration Data.
3. If you are a Renter, you represent and warrant that you shall carry at least the minimum automobile liability insurance required by law, at all times. Trailers.com does not maintain insurance for rentals transacted through our Services. If you have questions regarding coverage terms and amounts, please contact your insurer.
